- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪It comes as quite an honor for me to highly recommend Doctor Roland Ungerer. He personally mentored me through a very trying professional experience that involved a dramatic clash I had while working as a Clinician at the South Shore Mental Health Center in Quincy Ma. back in 1983-84. His gentle voice and calm disposition dovetailed wonderfully with his empathic and strategic intervention. Never did I feel that he saw me as inadequate or strange in any way. Just the opposite, Dr. Ungerer spent a lot of time with me developing a friendship that helped me to remain focused on the profession of Social Work that I love to this day. If I ever needed a great psychiatrist I would never ever hesitate to return to him for his helpful caring innovative holistic guidance.
