- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I saw Dr. Poirier shortly after he arrived in Fitchburg to practice. I needed a crown. He spent most of his time with me telling off color jokes with his assistant. The lack of attention resulted in a badly botched fit to my crown. Doing nothing about this, he sent me home. When I called several days later in agony and an infection, he told me to wait. When he finally saw me, it took two more visits to fix the crown. He never apologized. His billing people at the front desk were eager to collect on his bill, however.June 12, 2017by A Google User
